EMEA Finance Manager

As part of our Finance team, you will help improve our ability to deliver accurate and timely information, work faster on our continuous improvement roadmap and drive greater business insight. 

We are seeking a Finance Manager EMEA to support the European business looking after multiple entities in the region. The team operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, functioning as a proactive business partner and assisting the business leaders in setting and achieving the financial objectives of the business. We are a profitable and growing company that offers translation and localization technology and services. 

The position will form part of our regional FP&A team who are responsible for providing the broader EMEA business with the data, tools and financial insights to achieve the financial targets of the EMEA business. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: 

  • Own consolidation of EMEA figures for actuals, forecast and budget 

  • Maintain and publish EMEA dashboards 

  • Own financial integrity of SGA and provide financial support and counsel to budget holders  

  • Stewardship of the EMEA Finance systems roadmap 

  • Governance of internal reporting templates and BI tools 

  • Provide insights and challenge status quo on EMEA financial systems and processes 

  • Lead EMEA business risk management 

  • Oversees annual external audit process for Region
