Main purpose of role:
Key purpose is Working to a 4-5 visit /day cycle, implement the FR independent business plan in your territory to drive brand penetration. Additionally, product train in national stores in your area. Achieving the given objectives with the cooperation of the Sales team Manager Being part of the sales team thanks to a good communication and a great sense of curiosity
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the customer portfolio in your region and implementing our sales and marketing policy.
• Responsible for ensuring that our brand is expressed to our retailers by helping them to set up and promote our latest innovations (product launches, new products, locations, etc.)
• Responsible for maintaining and developing the presence of our various products via trade fairs, commercial activities and events.
• Develop your turnover (analysis of customer needs, proposal of marketing actions, etc.)
• Train our partner customers in our products and technologies to make them real ambassadors for our brands.
• Collect information: competitive intelligence, brand events, social networks, etc.
• Provide regular reports on activities to your manager
• And many other missions as rich as fulfilling!
Candidate Profile (Education/Competencies Required/Functional Skills/Technical Skills):
• What are we looking for? Enthusiastic and energetic personalities with a real team spirit, with a particular attraction for our brand and for sales.
• You have extensive sales experience, at least 2 years’ experience or as apprenticeship in a specialized retail sector, knowledge and experience in childcare product is a real advantage
• A driving licence is essential
• Your dynamism and commitment will enable you to make proposals.
• You are at ease in written and spoken English and have a perfect command of French.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and conscientious
• You are deadline and results oriented,
